In order to strengthen the new EMEA HR organization, PANDORA is looking for a Regional Head of Compensation & Benefits who can build a strong regional setup and take part of bringing EMEA HR to the next level. With reference to the Vice President for Regional HR, EMEA and dotted line reporting to Global C&B Director, you will be responsible for all C&B related activities in the Region. Together with your C&B peers for Americas and Asia / Pacific Region, you will become part of the Global C&B community in PANDORA with opportunity to work on projects on a global scale and secure overall alignment.


The new region EMEA will be covering all PANDORA markets across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In this newly established position, you will be part of a strong regional HR team with a Head of Talent Acquisition, Head of Learning & Development, a HR Partner and HR Coordinator. The team is about to implement a new HR system for the region. For job grading HAY is applied. The EMEA HR team is located at newly built headquarter at Havneholmen in Copenhagen.


Key Responsibilities:

As Regional Head of Compensation & Benefits, you will have a role “big on impact” and plenty of latitude though it does not contain people management responsibility. You perform internal and external pay analysis in order to make salary recommendations that ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. You will work on securing local bonuses, benefits, compensation and titles in the region are aligned with the compensation and benefit philosophy and overall corporate policies. Furthermore, you are the Regional expert within the C&B areas and a competent partner supporting the local management. Success criteria will be to make sure PANDORA can attract and retain the right quality of talent through having the right compensation and benefits offering.


The main responsibilities and tasks of the position will include:


·       Regional responsible for all compensation and benefits matters in EMEA including providing consultative support to the HR team and the regional management team on all compensation and benefit-related matters

·       Deliver benchmark on salary packages and manage yearly merit adjustment in the region

·       Operate monthly reporting of FTE

·       Provide research, expertise, and on-going evaluation of all C&B programs and vendor effectiveness to assess cost savings, process improvements, and legal requirements to remain competitive and in compliance

·       Implement global compensation and benefits initiatives including job grading

·       Provide data on compensation and benefits to relevant stakeholders, for example Global HR

·       Recommend, develop, and implement compensation and benefits programs in close cooperation with Global C&B that supports PANDORA’s overall business strategy and helps attract and retain quality talent

·       Responsible for partnering with the Global HR office and providing analytical and consultative support regarding regional compensation issues and trends

·       Drive C&B part of Global HRIS system implementation in EMEA

·       Support in global mobility and expatriation matters in collaboration with HR Partner

Due to the international nature of the position, it requires an ability to travel 20-40 days a year in the region.

Professional and Personal Qualifications:
To be successful in the position some of the most important qualifications of the ideal candidate are:

·       Preferably a master degree or professional qualification within a relevant field

·       5+ years of experience, gladly more, of which a great part is within C&B in a regional / global context. Experience with HR partnering is considered a plus

·       Preferably experience in working with job grading / frameworks as Mercer, Hay etc.

·       Proven track record of delivering business results through pragmatic HR initiatives

·       Experience providing advice to senior management

·       Experience working with external providers

An exciting senior C&B position in a fast growing company within an exciting business area.
