Market Unit Oil & Gas Technology is looking for an experienced process engineer with a business drive to shape the development of effective processes in the natural gas industry by means of high performance heat exchangers and other key Alfa Laval components.


Alfa Laval is a premium supplier of key products to the Oil & Gas industry. Alfa Laval’s technologies and company capabilities allows to optimize the performance of customer’s processes. There are numerous new opportunities to expand the business towards the natural gas industry and you will be the main driver.


You will be part of a team, whose current focus is to support the Oil & Gas industry with heat exchanger solutions based on a wide product portfolio and experience from a vast installed base. With close cooperation with your colleagues, customers and partners, together with your personal network, experience and knowledge, you will be able to accelerate growth of heat exchanger sales towards the gas processes. The heat exchanger solutions are both for new plants and plant retrofits for large companies located in Houston, Rio, Perth, Aberdeen, Stavanger etc. The solutions are uniquely designed for each customer and they have a typical order sizes are 1+ million Eur.


There are 12 competent and dedicated colleagues in the Oil & Gas Market Unit. Your role will be to catalyze and facilitate sales through customer contact all over the world on a high level and you will cooperate with and impact in total 50-60 local sales employees globally. You will be reporting to the Global Business Manager for heat exchangers within Oil & Gas Technology. The position can be located in either Lund or Copenhagen. Since it is a truly global position you should expect approximately 50-70 days of travelling per year.
